Only one item sent!

Through a mistake which I feel was due to the store but they disagreed, my product had to be collected and changed. They wanted to charge me for this but after a lot of emails etc they eventually agreed to collect it for free. My original order was for two bags of pet food however when it arrived it was the correct brandbut the wrong type of food. I reordered a different type of pet food at the same price, they then only sent one bag. This was 3 weeks ago! I'm still waiting for the second item! My poor dogs are starving!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone because of all this hassle.
