Dive computer was sent promplty but only after jumping through security hurdles. I paid to have this item sent urgently. However, several hours after making my purchase and while at Heathrow waiting for a flight I was asked to provide a scan of :
1) my credit card
2) some photo ID
Simply Scuba seemed unable to give me any resaaurance as to how this data would be handled, what level of security would be used, who would have access to it or what procedures would be used to delete it. They did not seem to place any value on the security of my data.
Had I simply been reviewing this on the basis of my purchase of a dive computer I would have given them 5 stars
