Appalling service and communication!

I ordered a hard drive on their 2-4 day service on a Friday, the following Monday I received an email to say that it was being prepared for dispatch and then no futher emails. I emailed on Wednesday to ask if it had been dispatched, but received no reply.

On Thursday I telephoned and found out that it had been packaged for dispatch, but there was no number on their system, so it had gone missing between their warehouse and the delivery company. They had to contact the delivery company to obtain a reference number for a lost item and until that happened they couldn't dispatch another. Promised a call back later in the day - no call!

On Friday I telephone again to find that they had received the number from the delivery company so could re-order the drive, however it was now out of stock - apparently the agent should have reserverd one when the first order went missing but didn't! Asked to cancel the order, but was advised that they were receiving more stock on Monday and would send a replacement for next day delivery on Tuesday, so decided to wait. Promised a call on Monday to advise that this had happened - no call!

Over the weekend the drive went down in price on their website, so emailed to query whether they would honour that price as a gesture of customer service - heard nothing back.

Telephoned again on Wednesday as still hadn't heard anything or received the drive. Advised that the drive had been dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday, but couldn't give me a tracking number until he had spoken to the warehouse. Asked if the lower price was being matched, and told no as the price had gone up again on Tuesday prior to the drive being sent!

Fingers crossed that it actually turns up tomorrow.

I will never buy from this company again, and would advise others to steer well clear.

Great price and fast service

Excellent service, good price for the phone. Fast service from sending out the 'kit' to paying once the phone had been delivered to them. Can't fault Mazuma Mobile
