I bought a pair of Dubarry boots which sadly were not wide enough for me . The young man I spoke to when I rang was extremely courteous and when I declined a larger size without hesitation he offered to email me a returns label.
I returned them on Nov 9 and a refund went into my account on Nov 12. You can't get better service than that and when I have had my beautiful (!!) bunion removed I shall definitely order another pair from this Company. I thoroughly recommend them and hope they are achieving the success they so deserve.
I placed my order for Acana dog food at 12.08 on Monday and it was delivered by Courier at 12.02 on Tuesday. Not only was the price the cheapest that I could find on the Internet - or anywhere else for that matter- but it was free delivery as well. Now that will take some beating!
Also the website is very user friendly with full descriptions of all the products to enable you to make an informed choice.
I didn't actually get the meal because I assume the restaurant had closed down. When I tried phoning their number direct it was unobtainable. However Takeaway.com had already refunded my PayPal account so they are obviously on the ball. I will try again with a different restaurant but feel that some check should be made of the restaurants on the website.
