Great company!

I used to use just eat but switched to hungry house when I signed up to kidstart and realised I could get money back for my childs trust fund. I was a little worried it wouldn't be very good but I was so wrong, it's a great site to use, its easy to navigate and I love that it explains what most of the dishes are it makes it easier to order for the picky eater I live with! I don't think I will ever switch back to just eat. I also love the app, I haven't had the need to use it yet but I like knowing its there if I do need it. The customer service team were also really great when I had an item missing from my order, they were quick, polite and effective. The only bad point is there seems to be no taste tests in my area :(

Hi Hayley, thanks very much for your feedback. Sorry we don't currently have any taste tests in your area. Unfortunately it is down to each individual restaurant to agree whether or not they want to take part in this scheme, otherwise if it was up to us it would be available to everyone...

Don't lose hope though, we have some plans to introduce a new reward scheme in the future which will be even bigger and better! Watch this space...
