NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Completely useless, bought a domain through them weeks ago and I still can't use it, with other companies I transfer the domain to my hosting account within 48hrs max, did around 40 so far. With 123-reg however it's been two weeks now and I still can't use my domain, contacted them again this morning and they said be patient it's going to take another week. Complete waste of time, will NEVER use them again.
