i cannot wait until my contract is up with vodafone as i will never ever use them again. i have always paid by direct debit and i recently got married so went to a joint account, i used the banks account transfer service and my bank contacted vodafone to change my bank details for the direct debit on the 10 july 2012. vodafone never acted upon it even tho they have admitted they had the details so they have now tried charging me £5 late fees and cut my phone off. totally disgusting and crappy customer service.
