Excellent prices and top notch service - will use again

Great price on a Rab down jacket I had been looking for, saved myself a fair bit. Due to a problem with my credit card I thought the order may have been cancelled. I called Webtogs and was put straight through to a person not some automated system, very helpful and friendly and turns out everything was fine and the order was on its way.

Will use Webtogs in future.

How the hell is this company even in business?

Placed an order online last tuesday with Dabs.com thought I'd pay extra for next day delivery seeing as I was due to work from home that day anyway. No sign of parcel, check online tracking and it showed that the driver had tried to deliver and left a card as no one was in. I guarantee I was in, nobody rang the door bell or left a card. Supposedly they tried again next day to redeliver, same thing happened. No parcel, no card. Nothing.

Thought I would do a quick google on this company as I had never heard of them before, wow is all I can say. Glad that I'm not alone in receiving such poor service but how on earth are they in business?? Next time I'll go for cheapo delivery with royal mail, at least thats reliable and I can go down the local post office to collect.

AVOID YODEL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! F*cking useless. Should have an option for negative star reviews on here too.
