Thanks for your feedback Simon. It's a good suggestion you have there about calling if the restaurant declines an order. Unfortunately though, on a busy evening we don't have the capacity available to make those calls, which is why we have an automated email instead. We are currently making a lot of improvements to our service though (with the help of customer feedback), so I wouldn't rule it out being part of our service in the future.
