Professional and quick responding in Handling my Refund.

I bought a gameboy advance sp on this website and then I found another one that I preferred better so I sent them an e-mail requesting to have a refund over this order. They responded right away and have assured me a refund to my request. Excellent company. I will definitely buy from them in the future. Whoever thinks these people are crooks, I think there must be some kind of misunderstanding because they really have outstanding customer service, so lighten up folks!!! DK oldies rocks :3!!!
