After several very expensive phone calls, I finally had a good experience.

The Hudson Reed shower panel would not mix the cold and hot water and as a result, we were constantly getting hot water. This did not make for a positive shower experience. The instructions that came with the shower panel were very sketchy according the plumbers I contacted. It did list a phone number that turned out to be in England. After several extremely expensive phone calls and misdirection, I was told to go to their website and get the part that was no longer working. I found the needed part on the web site, ordered it, and received it very promptly. The part worked and we are happily using the shower again.
