Good product but poor customer service

I pre-ordered the trampoline on 22nd May for a June delivery and it eventually turned up on 1st August. Money for the product was taken at the time of placing the order, which is not clear on their website, unlike say Amazon who take the money on dispatch. There were apologies for the delay, but no recognition that they had taken an interest free loan from their customers without authorisation. I did not cancel the order, as I thought this would only add to the wait for my kids.
