Purple Enchantments
Excellent service!
Bought two "Friendship" necklaces, they were beautiful & arrived very quickly. I wish I had ordered them before I went on holiday as one was for my N.Z. friend whom I was meeting in Malaysia. I was reluctant to order it in case it didn't arrive before departure but with the speed of delivery I'm sure it would have done. Delighted with necklaces & service & will be first website I look at when I want a special gift.

Poor quality products & exchange system inflexable
The sink pedestal had poor glazing finish as did the toilet system & toilet pan. I contacted better bathrooms & was told I had to take pictures of the items and send them on an e-mail before they would be able to exchange them. I needed to install quickly so I have had to accept the inferia items. I installed the ritz basin taps
and found that the hot tap turns on turning it clockwise which is opposite to normal taps. When I contacted them I was told that this was how they were designed and as I had already fitted them they could not exchange them. I will now need to get a replacement set from another supplier and throw this set away. I would not recomend Better bathrooms to anyone else and I would never use this company again.
