Don't believe their reviews on products they sell.

I have tried many times to review a bike I bought in April(carrara hybrid).
My review was refused on the grounds that I mentioned a competitor, which is a total lie! It seems they only accept reviews when you give them 4 or 5 stars...

So my advice is not to be guided on the reviews on their website, search the internet for independent reviews.

No stock for online order.

Ordered some shorts and have received an email like other customers advising that the item is out of stock and I would receive it next week. Rang them and a very helpful person advised me that the item would be with them in 2 days and they would post them first class at no extra cost. I refused. They need a real time stock update. Sounds like they order in some items when they receive the orders themselves. I will support my local bike shop from now on and get them to order items in for me.
