Brilliant company and service.
I bought some protein shake from them as they had the cheapest price for it (PHD brand) - even included a free gift! (shaker or protein bar). Delivery is promised to be next day, and the 2 times I've ordered it has been. So impressed with everything, so will definitely be going to this website for my protein shake every time. (They even have a price beat - not match - guarantee).

Customer service lets them down

I saw an offer for a big pack of quality AA batteries for like £1.70 delivered from ebuyer - naturally bought straight away.
Accidentally entered wrong shipping address in google checkout, also used an account that was under my mum's name (but my email address). I called up but they wouldn't let me change it, and I couldn't change it online nor via email apparently. My mum was away for a few days so wasn't able to call for me, so in the end it got delivered to my old address so I never received the item. They really could have been more helpful.

Graze

Love it, bit expensive to keep going regularly

I wish I could get a graze box every day, the snacks are always so good - I rarely manage to stop myself from munching it all in one go!
That said, it is a bit too expensive to have every week. To buy the snacks from a supermarket (admittedly not all of them could be purchased) would be so much cheaper - I know, there wouldn't be as much choice either. I also know that they couldn't really lower the price as they probably make a relatively small margin on each box as it is. But unless you're earning the big bucks, it's hard to justify spending £4 a week on four small snacks.
