On 4th of August I ve used Hungry house to get some takeaway. Inspite of the restaurant cancelling my order 4 times and sending an email that they have cancelled it. I got my account debitted 4 times with 10.98 pounds. Neither did I receive my food nor is anyone concerned about even asking me what happened. I require a complete refund as it is utterly not acceptable to not only
1. Debit my account 4 times despite the restaurant cancelling my order.
2. No one bothered to contact me until I found today from my online statement.
3. OF ALL: I did not even receive the food.
Am talking about 40 quid here.
Please Hungry house, can you resolve this query as I find to be completely worrying and losing trust on this site.

Again, I'm sorry that your first experience of ordering with us didn't work out. Issues like this are not the norm and I hope that you will give us an opportunity at some point to prove it to you.
