Exante Diet

Very disappointed and food not good

Having read all the reviews, I was hoping the "food" would be tasty and would keep me full for long - it doesn't. The milkshakes are OK, the cereal bars are good but I find the soups and "main meals" really horrible and sickly - and I'm not a fussy person! A lot of pouches will probably end up in the bin.

Sorry to find that you are not enjoying the meal replacements. Swapping from conventional food to replacements can be tricky.The feelings of hunger are normally suppressed when your body goes into ketosis, which can take a few days. Once you are in a state of ketosis and are drinking the correct amount of water throughout the day you shouldn't feel empty. Thank you for your review and we hope you stick with it.

Not impressed

These people do not respond to emails. Order received fairly quickly but I shan't be using them again as the comms are too poor.

Totally biased

They only like positive reviews!!! Therefore the reviews you read on the restaurants are not reliable at all. Dreadful.
