From the first time I e-mailed the company asking about the right type of ramp for our business, right up to the point of delivery I was very impressed with the level of service offered. I was shown several types of ramp, at different prices and styles, all of which would have worked just as well as the one I purchased. Even through I went for the cheapest one, at no point did I feel forced to spend more money by the company. Item sent out same day as ordering and arrived next day. I have no fault with this company and would have no problems with using them again
