Good value and prompt delivery but issue with after-sales service.

Having received my luggage order, I was concerned that a retractable handle was not working properly and phoned for advice. Customer service was friendly. However, the member of staff I spoke to had to pass my enquiry to a colleague who knew more about the product range and I was not called back as promised.
