great ordering system but poor delivery
Ordered Assos leg warmers. Site says if in stock will be delivered in two days and if not, they will call me to advise. Well nothing arrived and no call so after me calling them, very helpful person advised not yet in but would be soon. Then another call to find that they had arrived and would be sent out. To be fair they cancelled the delivery charge but better follow up when goods not in stock would lead to better confidence in using again. The shop is great but this mail order is bettered by Wiggle etc.

Great range and service
I rented a Nikon TC20 mkIII, expensive to buy and to own for infrequent use. Rental cost very reasonable, communication before and after rental excellent and TC was as new and very well packaged for transport.
If I need one again I will certainly rent again; unless you are a regular user of this item there is no need to own.
