Playtimes

Terrible communications...

I placed an order for a plum trampoline and accessory kit. The trampoline arrived within two days but after a week the accessory kit still had not arrived so I emailed playtimes.co.uk and was informed that the accessory kit would be coming directly from plum within the next few days.

Another week later and still no kit so I chased them up again and apparently Plum had no record of the order from playtime.co.uk. The promises that it would be with me within the next 5-7 days. I chased them up today as it still had not arrived and I have been told that they were recently informed by plum that they no longer have this item in stock. Playtimes.co.uk offered me their own kit but I asked for a full refund as I did not want to waste any more of time. Be aware....they seriously lack good communications and when you try and call they are always engaged!!!!
