Three years ago we decided to save , we thought, my husband work and invited" Sharpes" to qoute for a fitted bedroom . The materials used are adequate butm bear in mind we have paid £6000 for this -- provided lunch for the designer and tea and toast for the fitter which l would do for any person. "Sharpes" knew from day 1 that l have mobility problems and the main wardrobe is impossible for me or l would think any able bodied person to adequately use. Having had 2 people down to look at the fitting over the last few years l have been fobbed of - basically tole l am an awkward customer BUT on speaking again last week to TRACY from customer services she informed me it is n ow too late to do anything to rectify the matter and had we made more fuss earlier down the line something would have been done !!!!!!!!!!!!! This furniture has a 5 year guarantee and surely if the fit is n ot "FIT" for purpose it should be remedied. Very disatisfied customer and guess this will never be printed. M.H. Marvell.
