I ordered my protein on 31st July, it is now 8th August and I still have not received my order.
I have sent 4 emails and received one reply, telling me that it would be sent yesterday and received today, I have not received an email saying it has been sent or a tracking reference through DPD (delivery service).
The reply to my email was that something on my order wasn't in stock and that it had now came in (yesterday) and I would receive my order today. Still nothing, can never get hold of them on the phone to speak to someone and seem to rarely reply to emails or update you, you have to contact them about get information on seriously late orders. Gutted as I thought I'd finally found a cheap and reliable place for consistent orders.
I just want my protein!!
