Unsatisfactory customer support.

Item received incomplete, when I tried to call to resolve the issue "company is on holiday for two weeks - this machine does not accept voicemail" therefore stuck with an item I can't use until they return from holiday, great.

Now received a replacement FOC before shop was due to reopen from its two week break, thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is very unusual for us to not notice that an item is incomplete, but it is possible because the item missing in this case is so small. We have despatched today the metal tab that you say is missing from your plastic back box.
