Tracking system promised delivery - stayed in all day - and yes, you guessed it.. it didn't show up. Towards the end of the day I suspected the parcels may not arrive so called the customer service 0844 numbers (and the local depot number) and spent an hour on the phone trying to speak to an advisor, to check if it was on the way or arrange collection from the depot in Basingstoke. Even selected the option to complete a customer satisfaction survey - an option that activates only AFTER you've spoken to an advisor! Held in a "queue" and it did ring through a few times but nobody picked up. Eventually (after an hour of attempts) an automated message informed me they closed at 6pm. Great, still no parcels and now, no idea where they are. I do know though that there is NOBODY there. One day I may/hopefully get my parcels and expect will probably end up collecting them from the depot - but definately won't use Citylink again.
