When you shop for something, really you're shopping on two levels: firstly for the actual product, and secondly you're shopping for a company/seller that you feel comfortable to do business with. Stationery direct succeeds perfectly on both counts. Damon is a pleasure to do business with, and he actually listens to what the customer wants, which seems quite rare sometimes. The process is fast and efficient; the cost is excellent; and the finished product is fabulous quality. Can't ask for more than that! Thanks Damon - your patience was appreciated.
Sometimes mistakes are made and things go wrong - that's life! But you can tell more about a person (or company) by how they cope in a difficult situation than you can by how they deal with things when everything is ticking over nicely. In my case, I was initially supplied with the wrong car (three-door when I absolutely needed a five-door). But Nationwide (and Georgia particularly) were unfailingly courteous and apologetic about the error and did everything they could to sort things out. I was also offered compensation without even asking, and when my car was finally delivered, the chap who delivered it was lovely too and arrived at my doorstep with the biggest and most unexpected bunch of apology flowers I've ever seen. Beautiful!!! Faith restored completely - and then some :) Thank you to everybody concerned.
