I ordered an Air Ram on line on 2.12.12. Paid with credit card. I had to ring up on 17.12.12. To ask where my order was and was told that they had the order, but had overlooked processing it for delivery until my phone call!
Once the call was made they promised to deliver the next day. Delighted withe product, but a limp apology for their poor customer system needs tightening up.
How many others have had the same experience?
I hope the customer service is a lot quicker should I need help in the future.
Well, I saw the advertised bit of kit on line and thought that's the one for me!!
Did the business online and made my order - then what do you know? I started getting loads of emails letting me know what was happening immediately!
Within hours, my bit of kit was winging its way courtesy of Royal Mail. Not received it yet, but WOW - how is that for customer service!!! How easy is that to shop in the UK?
