Good service as expected

I have ordered before and needed to replace a door. I received a it sooner than expected and it was easy to order. The only thing I would say is that I had no personal service as I ordered through the internet and had no response to the reason I had to re-order.

Hi Sue - thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry if we didn't specifically respond to the reason for your re-order. We do provide care and maintenance instructions on our website which I hope you will find useful. In addition I would add that its recommended not to open your dishwasher door during operation and to wait until the drying cycle as completely finished as the steam released can cause damage to the underside of your worktops and any adjacent doors/drawers.

Sure sign of failing company

Ordered a Bosch fridge freezer was told they would order it in and it would take 10 days. I phoned after a couple of weeks and was told they would ring the manufacturers to find out when it would be in and call us back. They did not call back so we phoned again, they said we could have it delivered the following Monday. I phoned again at the end of the week to make sure it was going to be delivered only to be told it had not come in to stock. I asked for a refund only to be told they could not do a refund until the accounts person was in and then it would take two weeks. I then asked if they had anything in stock which was similar, they said they could deliver a Siemens on the Monday. This was £40.00 more money which we said we would pay on delivery but they refused so we paid the extra. Not very good customer service. We received the siemens fridge freezer when they said, but I would not trust them as far as a could throw them. Stay clear!!
