We ordered several items from TradeTaps; the first three arrived promptly. However, the fourth item wasn't on the lorry. The courier didn't have a satisfactory explanation for this and it took them a total of three attempts on three different days to finally deliver it and even then, they were late. The staff at TradeTaps did respond to our various phone calls about this and it appears that the issue is with the courier rather than TradeTaps themselves. It is also frustrating that you can't call the courier directly as you have to spend more time waiting for the courier to call you back while they are being contacted by TradeTaps.
