Great service product and price.
I ordered a concertina bag/case from the Hobgoblin website which detailed pretty exactly what I was ordering, the correct price, postage and stock level. It was delivered promptly, as described and was jut what I expected/wanted.
I'll definitely use them again :)

Perhaps It should have been 4.9 stars as there was a slight hicup in the final delivery times!
We shopped at the store in Leicester and the service was very good, plenty of advice and a good product knowledge.
Great prices and a really good update system as the item was out of stock, they said it would be in stock w/c28th Jan and it was :)
Only let down was that I asked for delivery before 2.30pm on the day in question as I was out from 3pm and the time slot allocated was was 4pm -6pm!, though they did modify the delivery till after I had got back from my meetings which showed flexibility.
Definitely recommend - I have used them before for my Dad and also got terrific service.

Ordered a harness for a birthday present:
First - Easy website to use
Second - it was the best price on the web (£50 instead of up to £70)
Third - it was terrific delivery - I opted for the extra 99p for next day delivery ( what a bargain) and got e-mails and text's all the way from order received through dispatch to received at depot and finally will be delivered soon - PLUS a check that it had been delivered - Excellent
Lastly - The birthday boy loved it BUT there was an "easy to exchange if it doesn't fit" option .
All in all a great company to deal with - no slipping on this banana :)
