Good service and decent prices. Blinds are nice. Only comment is that the blinds come with absolutley no fitting instructions whatsoever. Pretty intuitive but nonethless some instructions would be helpful.
We have moved hosting from 123-reg to a service provider costing 3 times as much because we just wanted a company that would actually respond. We had many grumbles with 123-reg over many years but none enough to make us want to move. Then we had an email issue. It took a month for 123-reg to sort it. It caused us massive embarrassment with some key customers. They kept saying via their web tickets it was a tricky problem to resolve. When I really complained by phone they managed to fix the problem in an hour. During several phone complaints someone in the call centre put the phone down on me. There is no complaints process on their website so I wrote to them by recorded delivery. No reponse.
