I recently bought a PS3 from Zavvi. It was faulty when I received it. I e-mailed them using their message centre as they didn't supply an direct e-mail addresses or phone numbers. I sent 4 messages and got no reply. Luckily I contacted Sony, who sorted the whole problem out very quickly. After this, I finally got a mail from Zavvi, but didn't bother responding. Other websites I have used, i.e Amazon were much better with customer service.
Good choice of items. Delivery time could be better.
