Bought 2 pairs of sunglasses and 1 pair arrived no problems. The second pair were not what I wanted - an inherent problem I think when buying sunglasses from a website. I returned the wrong pair hoping for an exchange and when I had heard nothing after a week I contacted the company. Was informed at this point that the pair I wanted were out of stock and would take 8 weeks. All staff were polite but not pro-active in contacting me despite the fact I had contacted them to discuss the exchange etc before sending the wrong pair back. Ultimately lots of to-ing and fro-ing and I don't have the sunglasses I want. Have cancelled order as 8 week wait is too long.
During a 3 week period I spoke or e-mailed at least 4 different staff and all were polite.
