Great Communcation!!!
Well, what can I say. Placed my order and patiently waited for email confirming despatch. Gave it a few days longer before I rang to find out where order was, only to be told that an engraving machine had packed up and was waiting to be fixed. However, that was not their fault and they obviously fixed it pretty pronto as the order arrived just a few hours after email received. Well done all!!!
