My god! where do I start

We used Myhermes to send parcels from our shop for ebay / website sales. We sent a fishing rod via them as it was too long for Royal Mail. The customer called several days later to say he had a note pushed through his door stating the "parcel has been left under the yellow car in the street"

I am not kidding! he actually left a fishing rod under a car in a public street. I did not believe the customer so asked him to send the note that had been posted. I could not believe a driver that stupid could actually be employed by them.

I applied for compensation and they offered me £25.00 plus the cost of postage, the fishing rod was £99.00

I argued this claim was due to negligence, they will not move on their offer.

They are not worth even one star! Avoid at all costs!
