RIP OFFS!!! TIME WASTERS!!

SENT THEM PHONES WHICH THEY SAID WERE FAULTY AND OFFERED ME NEXT TO NOTHING FOR, THEN CHARGED ME £15 TO RETURN THEM TO ME.
I HAVE USED [External reference removed] AND [External reference removed] AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE, WILL NEVER USE BOZOWI AGAIN!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

16th Feb- Have just received a letter from Bozowi threatening to take me to court over my false feedback. Everything I said is true and I will now be taking this further! Reporting them to trading standards! How can people like this be allowed to trade?
Most unprofessional and nasty company ever!!!!!!

The devices you sent to us failed to meet our testing criteria as clearly stated on our website and we offered you a revised offer based on their value. We did not charge you for the return of the handsets and posted them to you free of charge.
