My PS3 game from Asda online was due for delivery by Yodel Mon 12th,didn't arrive,re-scheduled for Tues,didn't arrive,Wed phoned Asda help desk who in turn phoned Yodel who assured delivery for that day,they lied,they also lied on their tracker info.I've never experienced a Co with such a bad reputation,so inefficient and prepared to lie to clints/customers.With so many excellent companies struggling,these cowboys don't deserve to earn a living and Asda should realize how their own reputation is being damaged by Yodel.Oh well still waiting.This is far from over.
PT2:Phoned Asda help desk for 2nd time to ask for my PS3 game to be sent through <external link removed> as I have no faith in Yodel to deliver,this was ignored bt help desk spoke to Yodel controller who spoke to driver for my area who said my package was onboard and would be delivered that day and no other,well you can guess the rest,I've now asked for full refund plus compensation which has been agreed.The main expertise of Yodel seems to be deception and blatant lying at which they excel,unfortunately these may not be their worse traits.Lets hope these people get a conscience for Xmas !
