yet another fail by the incompetence courier service that is GLS... took a day off so my parcel could be picked up, had the phone with me all day and no one rang.. surprise surprise.. as they did this before..
i then got onto parcel to go and got connected to thomas who was very helpful.. he asked if i wanted to re-book it, I said unless its with night line, il take a refund, he went and booked it with night line to my surprise and I did not have to pay extra... so to sum it up. don't get GLS..

well what can I say, I had some trouble with a certain courier service that weren't to much help, surprise surprise.. anyway got back onto parcel-to-go, and got on to the live helpline were I was talking to a very help full worker by the name of Sammie Taylor..
Sammie helped rebook my parcel with in a few minutes, and was very help full in answering any questions I had...
all i can say is this i will be doing more and more business with the camskill guys in the future.. their prices are spot on and their delivery ,well now that's just something else altogether.. i got them with in 24 hours of payment going through, i wouldn't even get that sort of service in Ireland even if their was a tyre place next door to me let alone they sent them from England..
Camskill are first class in my book..
