Beware!!! for your childrens safety as REBO don't care less!!!

I have had the Oval Trampoline which was brought from REBO for just under two years and the has padding started to disintigrate, and I was concerned my children would hurt themselves on the springs after calling and emailing lots of times trying urgently to buy a replacement I was informed by Customer services today that They were not getting any in, didnt know when the would and that they wouldnt help me further.. On expressing my utter dissatisfation that they were the supplier and there was no where else that sold their products and that the safety of my children was paramount and I needed the protective padding asap as my children couldnt go on the trampoline without it incase of injury, all I got in return was. We can be of no further assistance... well I will be taking this matter further! the website states that safety is a big concern! well it hardly is as they dont care if your children hurt themselves due to the fact they refuse to let you BUY a safety product from them or even help you obtain one! I WASNT ASKING FOR THIS FOR FREE! I would of paid over the odds so my children can play safely!!! HOURENDOUS BEHAVIOUR FROM A COMPANY!!!!
