Hermes Europe

The worst delivery company EVER!

Ordered products from myprotein.com which where to be delivered to me by Hermes-Europe. My products somehow became damaged whilst in the care of Hermes-Europe and nothing was done after this. Seriously Nothing! My battered parcel is sat in a grubby warehouse somewhere and Hermes- Europe didn't even have the decency to inform me about the vandalism caused by their service's or even inform the company from which I purchased my goods from that they had ballsed up. It's now been 18 days that my products have been in the hands of Hermes-Europe and had I have not contacted the company from which I bought my goods I'm sure I'd never see my goods at all.
I cannot contact Hermes-Europe directly becase as soon as I click contact and select the box regarding Parcel Querey, I get some daft message saying I cannot contact Hermes-Europe directly about this problem. Laughable company really.
To anyone considering using this company, I would urge the greatest amount of caution to be taken and would even suggest doing yourself a huge favour and using a different company, such as DHL (I've had parcels delivered to me intact and on time by DHL. They're a really good delivery company.) The majority of complaints made on the myprotein.com review page from this site, all relate to goods being damaged when received and not arriving on time. And guess who delivers the majority of goods for myprotein.com!

Prices seem good, nice range of products. However my order was placed on the 1st August 2012. The checkout stated it should take 3-4 working days. It is now the 10th August 2012 and I am still waiting. I tracked it using the number I was given, which showed that somehow my parcel had become damaged and was undeliverable. I have not received any correspondance from myprotein apologising or indeed informing me of what was going on. It seems once they have your money they have no further interest in you! Not really best pleased with the service at all.
