Ordered an outfit for delivery on Saturday for an annual carnival. Was told it would be delivered by 1pm on the Saturday. Waited in till 2pm and still no delivery. City link put on the tracking system that they put a card through the door - which they didnt. Delivery finally turned up on Tuesday after being charged £15 for a Saturday delivery. Refused the parcel as the carnival was on saturday. Jokers masquerade informed me that once they get the parcel back they would refund me the cost of the outfit but not for the delivery until
City link decide if they will pay compensation for the failed delivery.
