I placed an order in good faith for the very first time, the item required was the cheapest on the web delivered, too good to be true?.
The item was not received in the specified time, beware this merchant requires you to wait 15 working days before they will start to consider sending a replacement order, or they expect you to re-order at your own expense for an immediate replacement of your order then refund you when they have made a claim for loss with Royal Mail.
In all my years of buying online I have never ever experienced such poor a service, avoid at all costs.
