quick delivery easy to order

Ordered for the first time here instead of going to my opticians. When I looked online on my laptop it had 10% off my order. However due to not having anti virus I had to use my phone to purchase it. Unfortunately on the mobile site it didn't offer the discount which was a bit annoying as that's why I decided to order from here as it made it cheaper than other online sites. The delivery was quick and the price was slightly cheaper than what I pay from my opticians

Absolutely terrible customer service

They even put the phone down on my mother.

I took out a contract with this company, it was fairly overpriced when I bought it I was 17 at the time and so had to do it in my mothers name.

However after about 20 months my blackberry got stolen. I did not want to fork out over £100 for a new pay as you go blackberry handset. So I decided to take out a new contract with Virgin as they had a much better deal.

Then the hassle began. I phoned them up to see how much it would be to cancel the contract they told me the same price as it was to continue my contract so I decided to continue it just in case it came in handy.

Because my sim was stolen as well as my phone, I had to get a new sim I was on o2 so I went straight to the o2 shop where I got one for free. I then took it to the carphone warehouse because only they are allowed to phone up as some sort of deal they have with o2. They then said for the exact same sim card I got for free I have to pay £15.00 for I did this because I was desperate at the time as I lived away from my family and needed a phone.

My mum phoned up o2 and told them at the end of the contract she wanted it cancelled. They did not cancel the contract. However they knew the sim card was no longer in use.

A few months later my mum realised she had been charged £25 a month for four months for a contract that should have ended, When she phoned them up to question they put the phone down on her. My mum got very upset and thought she was in the wrong so did not take matters further.

I have just found out about this and I'm very angry by the way they treated her and the way they robbed her money.

I would not ever get a contract out with these people again, they do not care about people and will willingly rob you by using small print in the contract they do not tell you about.

Avoid at all costs!
