Worst CS ever and after sale support

1- they reply to any email inquiry in 5 days although in the automated reply it is 24 hours.
2- the reply is always implicitly guiding you to call the call center as they wont answer anything or address any issue by mail.
3- no toll free number you have to pay a lot of money just to hear the waiting tunes mainly coldplay myself everytime i hang up when it turns that i ve been waiting for 25 minutes of international call to listen to music.
4- the information on the itinerary on the website is not always available.

This is my first time i book with expedia and my last time for sure.
