Horrble customer service

I made a order (no.4567667) days ago and realised I need to change the delivery address as I am working all day so I won't be in home to sign the package, therefore I tried to contact to change my delivery address [CARE #RZY-160127] however till now there was no one answer my email at all.

I really need the product so I have to make an other order because they did not reply my former emails!

I made another order (no. 4600411) and choose the saturday delivery yesterday(Friday) before 2pm, their website says if you order before 2pm they will do a next day delivery, but I did not even receive any email says it has been dispatched!

If I knew it won't be dispatched yesterday I won't spend £12 for saturday delivery!

Now I am totally disappointed by their services and all I need is my money back, the money for those two orders and the delivery fees!

Or at lease refund one of my saturday delivery order (include delivery fee) and change the delivery address of my first order into my work place which I have said in my emails.
