We apologize that you have not received your package from us. I have investigated your case thoroughly and would like to inform you that GLS (one of our delivery company) have tried to deliver the package on 9/8/2012 and unfortunately they were unable to deliver since there was no one at home. The package is ready to be picked up at a nearby post office and I have sent you the details of where you can pick up your package through email.
Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday between 8:00 - 19:00. We do apologize for the inconvenience for the wait of our reply during the weekend and please know that I have sent all the information regarding your parcel today.
