Shocking customer service. I ordered a 5 kg bag of impact whey and instant oats. They arrived in a box the next day, however there was a 3 inch tear in the whey pouch. I have sent two emails to ask for a damaged goods return, but have had no response. This is unacceptable. I have used myprotein several times over the years and seen the prices rise, which is understandable, but there is no excuse for ignoring your customers.
