I have spoken to these guys on & off about various stuff regarding Oakley lenses, even texting pics of my lenses to them at one point. They are always happy to help & really seem to go beyond what most other companies would do to assist. They are very approachable, pleasant & friendly on the phone, but with the added bonus of actually knowing what they are talking about. They explain things in simple terms for you & offer sound advice when dealing with other opticians. They are very professional & 100% trustworthy. The ordering service is simple & comms very good. They called Royal Mail when my lenses were delayed & this was excellent. Would use again absolutely. Thanks.
Wiggle are very reliable & have never let me down once. They always deliver in good time without fuss & I have yet to experience any problens with returns. Always easy. Product wise they are top rate, massive selection & fairly well priced. It is not often I find cheaper elsewhere, except for the odd occasion, but they also have good sales. They have totally revamped their mobile website & now it is very user friendly, which it never used to be! They don't have a phone service but their email customer service us spot on anyway. Top marks.
I have been to Sigma a few times now for a variety of reasons, bike fitting, buying kit, advice, the usual. I ordered a product online which was all very straight forward & hassle free. Turns out the item had run out of supply at the supplier which Sigma were very apologetic about but informed me when it was expected back in stock. No issues, the told me what I needed to know. Item eventually arrived when they said. Happy customer!
