Brilliant Service - Thank you!!!

I must admit that after all the bad press and reviews this company gets, I was dreading it when I found out my order was being delivered by Yodel but the parcel was dispatched on Thursday and it arrived by Friday lunchtime despite everywhere coming to a halt due to the snow!

People are quick enough to leave bad feedback on here but never say anything positive!!

Not sure if would use again

I don't like leaving bad feedback but ordered some flowers with the 50% extra with a delivery of Tuesday. On the Friday had still not been delivered. Called to see why they had been delayed and was told that as they would have to be delivered by another florist, could not guarantee the colour or size of the bunch that would be sent. I was offered a refund but would then have to wait longer to get them delivered by somewhere else. Not entirely happy as ordered specifc colours for a reason. Not great but dealt with problem quick enough.
