Problemer med kommunikation og returnering af tilbagebetaling af manglende levering og depositum !!!

Kære Ballonteam
Har gentagne gange via sms telefonopkald og mail forsøgt at få tilbagebetalt for helium og depositum beløb 3250.- ikke kunne leveres jfr aftale ..
Savner stadig svar samt tilbagebetaling ?
